There are many methods you can deploy to help you change your personal resonance and timeline. They include:

What You Desire Has Already Been Accomplished
There exists a version of you with those wants at this very moment. Your consciousness spans every infinite potential. To align with that particular possibility, that specific frequency, is all that is required. Imagine a television – numerous channels coexisting at the same time. If you are currently tuned into Channel 10, the other channels still exist. They are happening simultaneously.
In order to “be a part of” the events on Channel 25, you have to tune into frequency. Television has always served as a metaphor for the mechanics of reality (a much deeper dive is required on this topic at another time). When you “tune in” to your sought-after reality in a similar manner, you will find you have access to the power, worthiness, and readiness at this very moment to attain all that you seek.
The reality you aspire to already exists as a potential, with a version of you presently living that life – an additional potential within the quantum field. Your task is to direct your consciousness to that realm. That’s the essence of it. It is as simple as that. All you need is right before you. Simply follow these guidelines:
- Believe and accept what you want as done. The fact is that everything already exists and everything is here.
- Every timeline is occurring right now, simultaneously. There is no “trick” to knowing this, you must choose to know this. If you struggle, ask yourself, why would I not simply choose to know this?
- Know it is done, you are not manifesting anything, you are not “strong-arming” the Universe. You are tuning to what is already yours.
- Journal! Write out your new life and describe your new self.
- Without any limitations, what is the new reality you want to jump to?
- Get detailed – where are you?
- What is your life like?
- Who are you?
- How do you feel daily?
- How do you react to situations?
- What is your posture like? How do you walk?
- Are you happy? Confident? Grateful?
- What behaviors do you have?
- What actions do you take? What habits do you have?
- Who is this new personality? Be very specific.
Tune In to Your New Timeline
Engage in visualization either during meditation or just before bedtime, envisioning yourself immersed in your desired reality. Allow yourself to feel and experience the sensations associated with this new state. If visualization proves challenging, focus on the emotional aspect. Following this practice, affirm that the manifestation is now complete. Accept its actualization and integrate this awareness into your daily routine, either through this method or by adopting a personalized approach that resonates with you.
Release the Past
Now knowing and believing yourself to be that new person, begin to show up as them daily to the best of your ability. Choose to act how they act or behave as they behave. Choose to perceive things as they do, choose to react to situations as they would. What is their inner talk like? Adopt it. And be aware of the old identity – what needs to go? What habits do not align with your new reality? What is no longer serving you? Drop it.
Raise your consciousness
When you raise your consciousness or frequency, you will begin to attract what you want and need. It is an entirely different operating system. The best way to raise your consciousness is to follow your happiness, to really pay attention to what feels good moment by moment, and follow it. Do more of what you love or enjoy. More regular meditations, even short ones, will help you do this too.
A New You – How To Embody Your New Self
As humans, we naturally try to overcomplicate life. Finding and embodying your new self is much easier than you can imagine. Simply ask yourself:
- Who is this version of you who has it all?
- They exist, you are tapping into that timeline and shifting your consciousness there. Write down all the habits of this person.
- During a Theta Brainwave State – such as during meditation or as you are falling asleep – imagine being this person.
- Step into their shoes and be them. Simply feel it.
- What do they believe about themselves and their life? Experience it.
- Know it is now in place and let go of trying to make anything happen from a state of lack.
- Adopt the behaviors of that individual.
- Make the decisions they make.
- Immerse yourself in their emotions, embrace their beliefs, and respond to situations as they would.
- Mirror their style of dressing, and replicate their manner of walking. Fully embody their essence.
- Be authentically you.
Show up to life as if it is already done and you don’t have to worry about it, you don’t have to try to figure out how to get it, it is done. It is in place. What is that energy like? Show up that way more often.
Once you have accomplished that and it becomes second nature to you, ask yourself:
- Who would I be if I had this now?
- How would my ideal self think about or react to this subject?
- What would I believe about myself and my life if all my dreams came true today?
You are not doing this to try to manifest or change something outside of you – you are now showing up as the new person because it has already been done! This is who you are now.
Your New Concept of Self
Are we living in a matrix where we can choose the life we want? Have we had this power the entire time (remember Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz?)? Maybe… and maybe it is time we took back our own power. Think of it this way – what is the difference between the old me and the new me?

- Holds a victim mentality, perceiving life as something happening to them
- Lacks belief that things will work out in their favor
- Struggles with self-doubt and maintains a low self-concept
- Feels the need for perfection and a complete understanding before manifesting

- Places significant importance on the tangible 3D reality, undervaluing their own imagination and power
- Depends on external circumstances in the 3D world to feel good or believe in their ability to attain their desires

- Recognizes their identity as the ‘I AM’ and perceives life as unfolding for their benefit
- Holds the belief that everything aligns positively for them, regardless of circumstances
- Possesses a strong self-concept and practices self-love
- Embraces the understanding that they are deserving of all they desire in the present moment
- Consciously chooses their responses and reactions to situations
- Views triggers as opportunities to identify and release limiting beliefs
- Prioritizes the significance of their inner world over external circumstances
- Maintains the assurance that their manifestations are complete, independent of changes in the 3D reality
- Embodies the role of a creator, acknowledging the limitless possibilities that exist
Raise your Consciousness
In higher levels of consciousness, everything gets easier because there is no separation. You manifest without trying. Here are a few more ways to raise your frequency:
- Take moments throughout your day to return to the present moment by placing your hands on your heart and taking a few deep breaths
- Do 1 – 2 minute meditations a few times throughout your day to align back to higher frequencies
- Do more of the things you love or are interested in. What lights you up?
- Spend more time in nature, in the sun, grounding on the earth and with animals
- In moments where you react to something, ask yourself, “Is this worth my connection?”
- Smile. Always smile.
Following your happiness moment by moment will always place you on a higher level of consciousness. You are allowing more source energy and light into your being. This aligns you with a whole new earth, a new way of living life, new possibilities and pathways that weren’t there a moment ago.
